Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when payments made for XamagosAI subscriptions and related services may be refunded.

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. Your payment provides access to the paid plan and its features for the applicable billing period, whether or not you use the service.

We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time, unused features, plan downgrades, or accounts that are suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.

After cancellation, paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless the product or payment provider states otherwise.

4. Refund Exceptions

We may approve a full or partial refund when you were charged more than once for the same purchase, were charged an incorrect amount, or paid for a service that we could not provide because of a verified technical failure on our side.

Refunds may also be issued when required by applicable law. Approval is determined after reviewing the account, payment, usage, and circumstances of the request.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to info@xamagosai.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the account email address, organization or business name, transaction reference, payment date, amount, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the payment and evaluate the request.

6. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency, and country.

Payment-provider fees, foreign-exchange differences, and bank charges may not be recoverable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively from the date the updated policy is posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
