You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, authentication provider, API keys, billing settings, and any users you authorize.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

You may not use XamagosAI to violate laws, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, collect sensitive information without proper consent, or generate content that is deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful.

You are responsible for the business information, documents, websites, prompts, instructions, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, connect, process, and display that content.

XamagosAI uses automated systems to generate responses. AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular situation, so you should review and configure your assistant carefully.

You are responsible for how your business uses AI responses, including public page content, customer support flows, human handoff processes, and any commitments made to customers.

Some features require a paid plan. Usage limits, feature availability, prices, and billing intervals are shown in the product or checkout flow and may change prospectively.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable after they are charged. If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access to paid features.

XamagosAI may integrate with third-party services such as authentication, payment, AI model, storage, messaging, analytics, website crawling, vector database, Google Drive, and hosting providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep XamagosAI reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may remove or restrict content, assistants, public pages, or accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.

You keep ownership of content you submit to XamagosAI. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content to provide and improve the service.

XamagosAI, including our software, designs, branding, documentation, and platform features, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XamagosAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You may stop using XamagosAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, create risk for the platform, or use the service unlawfully.

After termination, we may delete or disable account data according to our retention practices and legal obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated Terms or providing notice in the product.

Your continued use of XamagosAI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
